Who's who?
David Lunts London regional director, Homes & Communities Agency
Lunts has a long track record in housing and regeneration. He was previously executive director of policy and partnerships at the Greater London Authority, and before that head of the urban policy unit at DCLG-forerunner the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.
Tom Moore Director of regeneration, Capita Symonds
An architect by training, Moore heads up a specialist team of regeneration practitioners at consultancy Capita Symonds, providing project management services to a wide variety of regeneration schemes.
Anna Turley Deputy director, New Local Government Network
Turley began her career as a civil servant, advising a number of senior ministers on issues such as social exclusion and child poverty. She joined the New Local Government Network think-tank last year and has a special interest in housing, public service reform and community engagement.
Richard Jones Head of regeneration and growth, EC Harris
Jones has been a partner at consultancy EC Harris since 1994. He works with a range of different public and private regeneration organisations and has advised on numerous major regeneration schemes in the UK.
Jackie Sadek Chair, British Urban Regeneration Association
Sadek has held various roles in the private sector, including being chief executive of the Paddington Regeneration Partnership. She joined the British Urban Regeneration Association as chair in 2007 and is also head of regeneration at consultancy CB Richard Ellis.
