The course enables you to:
Reflect upon your role and the role of communities in building sustainable communities.
Understand the core components of sustainable communities as identified in the Egan Review.
Develop your understanding and knowledge of the sustainable communities agenda – both policy and practice.
Learn from colleagues from a variety of agencies and backgrounds.
Develop generic skills to deliver sustainable communities.
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance and a pack of learning materials.
The course was created in conjunction with COGS (Communities & Organisations: Growth and Support)
Course costs
The course is free but a cancellation fee of £50 will be payable. Participants are expected to be able to attend all sessions.
