Cohesion Navigator is a quick and free tool which tests you against seven distinct competencies required in your role in delivering cohesive communities. It identifies your specific skills needs and points you to learning programmes and resources to help build these skills.
After the Navigator you should complete the Understanding Cohesion course.
This free online course introduces the concept of cohesion by presenting a number of different definitions and case studies of cohesion in practice.
The Navigator is free and takes 20 minutes to complete.
